So, I've noticed in the past few years that no matter what time I go to bed and what time I'm planning on getting up, I always wake up just before my alarm clock.  I've even taken to playing games with that - I set the alarm for a different time every day and I still wake up about 10 minutes before the alarm goes off.

So, I found this article which says that apparently this is pretty normal:

I do exactly the same thing. But if it is the weekend or holiday, i just keep on sleeping. It is weird that, when i'm sleeping i know that i don't have to get up.

Well I don't think it is all that bad, it means I get to work on time. And get that extra sleep on the weekends. I'm interested to hear, how that could be unhealthy.... sounds good to me Undecided
