That's cool. I've never used either vc++ or vb.net. I have some developer friends who swear by it, but for some reason continue to do serious development in php. php is a drug - you can leave it for a while, but you'll have to come back for more.
I used to be a pretty heavy developer. I wrote a few commercial apps in Delphi when it first came out as a language. I also wrote some huge apps for an employer in Progress (~500,000 lines) over the course of about 5 years. I was so much more efficient then. I blame the kids.
