Even though I didn't watch the link, (trying to preserve bandwidth) this reminds me of that guy who hooked up his christmas lights to a webcam and were able to be publicly controlled via the net.

I think you're talking about blinkenlights. It's in norway or holland - can't recall which. There was another popular one that turned out to be fake.

The rest of the songs on that CD are pretty good too, though that's one of my favorites.
