Anyone running a Hosting Company?

I know... they're all over the net. I'm looking for people who are running Successful hosting companies... not starters, not resellers.

I'm interested in hearing what advertising methods you found MOST helpful, and LEAST helpful, when you first began building your business?

Not much experience here, but I've been doing it on and off for a while, but it's never gotten very big.  I'm starting to really get back into it, though.
